Here along the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, visitors can admire lighthouses and sea caves from a kayak, sailboat, or hiking trails. Frank Lloyd Wright aficionados are in for a treat: Wisconsin is home to a variety of Wright's buildings, dating from many points in his career. Among these is Taliesin, located in Spring Green, Wisconsin. This 600-acre estate was once Wright's home, and has been a National Landmark for over 30 years.
