Flagler County One-Night Getaway Official Rules

Timing:

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on 7/27/2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on 8/30/2010. (the "Promotion Period").

Eligibility:

Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 25 or older. Officers, directors, employees and agents of the Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, product providers, or any other vendor or entity directly associated with this sweepstakes, and the immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Method of Entry:

Visit the Sponsor's website; www.VacationPlanning.net <http://www.VacationPlanning.net>, to enter.

Prize:

One grand prize of one (1) night stay for two (2) in Flagler County, Florida at the Palm Coast Microtel, which includes continental breakfast and a biking/kayaking adventure for two through Tropical Kayaks, which includes a one (1)-hour kayak rental for two and a one (1)-hour bicycle rental for two. Transportation costs are not included. Winner will be drawn randomly and will be notified via certified mail.

Drawing and Notification:

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing to be held on or about the day after the contest ends. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified in writing via UPS.

Prize Conditions:

No transfer or substitution of prizes is available, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow Collinson Media & Events to use his/her name(s) and likeness for publicity, advertising or editorial purposes without further compensation. Grand Prize winner may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, to be returned within seven (7) days of written confirmation, or prize award will be void and an alternate winner selected. All taxes, costs, and expenses associated with prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize cannot be sold, bartered, transferred, or given to another individual. A 1099 MISC. INCOME Federal tax form for the prize value may be issued to the Winner.

Sweepstakes Conditions:

Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, or miscommunication, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late or postage-due mailed entries. Should the Internet portion of the sweepstakes need to be terminated due to technical difficulties, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received prior to the termination. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Independent Sweepstakes Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the sweepstakes mechanics and implementation, or interpretation of these Official Rules. Winner and all entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its agencies, and their respective officers, and employees, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Winner Confirmation:

For written confirmation of the Grand Prize winner, send a #10 business-size self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "Flagler County One-Night Getaway" Sweepstakes Winner Confirmation Request, 15 Technology Parkway South, Suite 250 Norcross, GA 30092. All requests must be received before 30 days after the last day of the contest.

Sweepstakes Administrator:

Collinson Media & Events, 15 Technology Parkway South, Suite 250, Norcross, GA 30092, who is responsible for overseeing the awarding of the Grand Prize, and whose decisions on all matters related to this promotion will be considered final.
