SURREY, BC One of the fastest growing cities in Canada resides where the Pacific Rim of Greater Vancouver and the United States cross paths. Ever since 1993 when Surrey officially became a city, it’s been booming and evolving into quite the bustling city. Surrey’s colorful ethnic history is attributed to the unique communities that settled and incorporated the town in 1879.
